Yvonne Dier
Yvonne founded Dier Associates in 2001 to provide customized marketing and sales solutions to asset management firms. She has completed RFPs across most asset classes, which has helped her clients win $ billions in new assets. She provides clients with additional support by creating and maintaining content for presentation books, fact sheets, market reviews, and an effective presence in consultant databases. She maintains relationships with allocators, investment consultants, and OCIOs to help clients raise capital.
Yvonne received a certificate in Image Consulting from the Fashion Institute of Technology to help her clients prepare their "looks" for finals presentations and speaking engagements. She received a certificate in Foundations in Responsible Investment from the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). Also, she completed the CAIA Association's Fundamentals of Alternative Investments Certificate Program.
She graduated with a B.A., magna cum laude, from Connecticut College and studied music at the Paris Lodron Universitat Salzburg. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Stewart Dier
Stewart joined Dier Associates in 2016. He helps investment managers better communicate their competitive advantages and improve their success rate in manager searches. He maintains relationships with allocators, investment consultants, and OCIOs to help clients raise capital.
Stewart was Head of Public Markets at the New York City Retirement Systems where he developed and implemented investment policies and started the Emerging Manager Program, the ESG investments program, and laid the groundwork for Infrastructure investments. He had oversight of over $100 billion in assets and over 70 investment managers.
Stewart had marketing and sales roles at Nicholas-Applegate Capital Management (acquired by Allianz) and Guggenheim Investments. He has spoken at investment conferences on asset allocation, opportunistic strategies, alternative investments, creating an emerging manager program, best in class client service, marketing to institutional investors, and mastering the RFP process.
He graduated with a B.A. from Colorado State University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
